By accessing our website, purchasing a plan, or engaging with our team, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and Services. 

2. About Elevate Rank

Elevate Rank LLC is a Florida-based SEO and PPC agency founded in March 2025. We specialize in data-driven digital marketing for service-based businesses across industries such as law, healthcare, construction, retail, and more.

Our services include:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Google My Business (GMB) Optimization
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
  • Social Media Marketing

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You have provided accurate, complete, and current information.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

 

Elevate Rank reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our Services signifies acceptance of any changes.

4. Services Overview

Elevate Rank provides both direct and white-label digital marketing services under flexible, subscription-based plans. Depending on your selected package, Services may include:

  • Website audits and keyword research
  • On-page and technical SEO optimization
  • PPC and paid social media campaigns
  • Content development (blogs, web copy, guest posts, etc.)
  • Reporting dashboards and analytics
  • Ongoing account management and support

 

Service inclusions and deliverables are outlined within each specific package or proposal.

5. Payment Terms

a. General Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or approved third-party payment gateways. Pricing is listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

b. BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) Options

Clients may choose BNPL-powered onboarding, which allows campaign activation with zero upfront cost and flexible, interest-free installment payments.
 Eligibility for BNPL is determined by our payment processor’s approval criteria.

c. Subscription Plans

Recurring plans (Basic, Standard, Premium, or custom enterprise packages) renew monthly unless canceled in writing.

Late or failed payments may result in the temporary suspension or termination of services.

d. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all payments are final once work has begun.
 However, Elevate Rank offers a 30-day satisfaction policy for new clients, allowing campaign adjustments if performance expectations are not met within the initial period. 

6. Performance and Deliverables

Elevate Rank uses industry best practices, proprietary strategies, and analytics-driven methods to improve visibility, traffic, and conversions.

While we strive to deliver measurable growth, we do not guarantee specific keyword rankings or revenue outcomes, as search engine algorithms and advertising performance are beyond our control.

All reports, deliverables, and data insights are provided via secure dashboards or client-approved communication channels. 

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information and timely feedback.
  • Maintain access to necessary platforms (e.g., website CMS, Google Analytics, Search Console, or ad accounts).
  • Avoid actions that could undermine SEO efforts (such as hiring multiple agencies or duplicating campaigns).
  • Comply with applicable advertising and privacy regulations in their jurisdiction.

Failure to cooperate or provide necessary access may affect campaign results.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and reports created by Elevate Rank remain our intellectual property until full payment for Services is received.

After payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use deliverables for their business purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of Elevate Rank’s proprietary materials or technology without prior written consent. 

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all business, financial, and operational information confidential.

Elevate Rank will not disclose client data, campaign performance metrics, or proprietary details to any third party, except as required by law or necessary to fulfill contracted Services.

10. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

We use reputable third-party tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Stripe for service delivery and reporting.

While we select reliable partners, Elevate Rank is not responsible for downtime, data loss, or policy changes on third-party platforms. 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate Rank LLC and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
  • Loss of profits, data, or opportunities resulting from website errors, ad platform issues, or algorithm updates.
  • Decisions made based on analytics or reports provided by Elevate Rank.

 

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the Services in question.

12. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate Services with written notice.

Upon termination:

  • All outstanding invoices become immediately due.
  • Access to active dashboards, reports, and campaign data may be revoked.
  • Any prepaid service beyond the notice period will be fulfilled or credited based on the agreement. 

13. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection, storage, and usage practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you agree to the terms of that policy. 

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Florida.
